WALK-INS WELCOME- $5 per class
This Iyengar-based hatha yoga class focusses on flexibility and strengthening and is designed for all levels. Teacher Rachel Klem is certified under the Yoga: Body, Mind & Spirit training program and has been practicing Yoga for 25 years and teaching for 10. Why so cheap? We don’t have the same overhead as a studio and can charge quite a bit less per session because of this. We also don’t offer some of the amenities of a studio- practitioners must bring their own mats and props. But beyond that we believe yoga is a necessity, not a luxury.
