Common Ground Rental & Rates
Performance Rental & Rates 2012:
Common Ground Theatre is available for rental for performances, classes and events. For a rental application or for date availability, please e-mail theatre manager Rachel Klem. Please note: Common Ground Theatre books on a first come/ first serve basis and books as far in advance as requested.
Mon, Tues, Wed – $100.00 per rental period
Thurs and Sun – $125.00 per rental period
Fri and Sat – $150.00 per rental period
Monthly – Negotiable
Hours of Rental 2012:
Monday – Saturday – 6pm to 11:30pm
Sundays – 12pm to 5pm
Other times are negotiable upon availability
Please note: There is a minimum weekly rental fee of $550 for theatrical runs that are longer than one week.
Rehearsal/Class Rental Rates 2012:
Mon – Thurs & Suns – $45.00 per day or $55.00 with lights
Fri and Sat – Negotiable
Monthly – Negotiable
Session lengths and times to be determined, based upon availability.
Additional Items 2012:
Refundable Security Deposit – $250
Reservation Deposit (non-refundable, to be applied to rental balance):
- 50% of full rental fee
